They were very quick to provide me with an appointment. I had called another dealer and they couldn’t give me one for at least another month. This dealer did a fantastic job, they let me know everything my I had called another dealer and they couldn’t give me one for at least another month. This dealer did a fantastic job, they let me know everything my car needed and waited for approval. One of the items was covered under the extended warranty and they contacted the warranty provider and got the approval. My car was ready the same day that they received the part. They even washed my car! I highly recommend Freedom Chevrolet service department. More
Unacceptable terrible service from service advisor Angel Andino and supervisor Paul Patina. My new Corvette stranded me. Check engine light service transmission light amongst others were all on. I explained all these things when I dropped it off. It took 1 weeks to receive any update on my vehicle. During that 2 weeks I tried contacting both several times for an update. Reaching them was impossible. At the end of the 2nd week I finally got a call. They said they were waiting on parts . When I asked what parts they said a hood latch!!! Like what?!?! They were clueless as to what was going on with the real issues. They said they were going to look into it. So they kept it over the weekend. I got a text not a call Monday morning saying car was ready for pickup. Monday morning when I got there angel and Paul were both conveniently unavailable. So I picked up my car without any explanation of the MAJOR problems I dropped it off for, but hey I got a new hood latch. I asked the advisor that was there to have Angel call me. You guessed it 3 days later no call. Worst service I've ever had at a dealership. More
