POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! MY CAR WAS TOWED FROM MY APT TO FREEDOM BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT START. I DIDN'T "QUALIFIED FOR A LOANER CAR" SO I DIDN'T HAVE A CAR FOR A WHOLE WEEK. NO MY CAR WAS TOWED FROM MY APT TO FREEDOM BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT START. I DIDN'T "QUALIFIED FOR A LOANER CAR" SO I DIDN'T HAVE A CAR FOR A WHOLE WEEK. NO ONE EVER RETURN MY CALL. EVERY TIME I CALLED I WAS TRANSFERED TO A FREAKING VOICE MAIL. THE GENERAL MANAGER DIDN'T EVEN CALL ME BACK. WHEN I SPOKE WITH HIM HE HUNG UP ON ME. HE TOLD THE SERVICE MANAGER TO ASK ME WHERE I WANTED MY CAR TO BE TOWED TO, INSTEAD TRYING TO HELP ME OUT. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY DON'T RETURN YOUR CALL, THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I WOULD NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GO BACK TO THESE JERKS!!! THEY ARE FULL OF BS.
