Fast & Honest Service I have promoted GMC to everyone. I have dealt with Doug Aycock and Roz and think the world of them. They go out of their way to be extra nice and friendly. I just had my oil change and I was not happy with the event afterwards. My ADD OIL light and LOW OIL light came on with 18 miles. I was stranded for hour or so and was in contact with Doug Aycock the whole time. The oil filler cap was not tighten and after realizing the possible problem, I tighten it and let the car run for 5 minutes to see if it would come back on. It didn't and Doug told me to bring it back to get checked out which I did the next day. The light came back on again. Chris in service changed the oil and filter again and here we are two days later and no light. I appreciate the fast service that was provided, not the inconvenience of sitting on side of road and making another trip back to the dealership. More
