Worst experience ever and still not fixed. I took my 2012 Malibu on for air conditioner problem on August 18th. They. Finally said it was fixed today one month later.picked car up and within 20 I took my 2012 Malibu on for air conditioner problem on August 18th. They. Finally said it was fixed today one month later.picked car up and within 20 min had car back at service center nothing at all was fix.yet they charged me 1400.o.o of the work.when you call them you never get to speak to anyone.never!!!! And they very seldom return. Calls.never have I experienced such bad customer service and incompetent staff.i will report to the BBB .it not right.no part of this is right. Do not ever go there. More
