Since 9:00 AM this morning I've been trying to verify the purchase of a 2011 automobile that was in there so called "Bargain Lot" online. At approximately 8:20AM this morning I went through the motions to purchase that car due to its Price. $500.00 Dollars". Now it had no actual pictures nor any detailed notes about the vehicles condition. I had been patiently waiting for communications and I did receive 1 Call from a Salesman who wished me luck in getting the car. I received emails from several different Internet Sales Concierge, and a Sales Manager I received promises from everyone that I spoke with that" I'd get a return call", and a follow-up answer for the purchase of the 2011 Sedan at 8:20 PM I rechecked the vehicle status and the price had amazingly zoomed up to $5985.00 and I am certain that there will be no sale made to me even though I have a Sales Transaction Receipt. The Cash was to be paid to the dealer upon delivery to me at the scheduled date and time of September 20th, 2018 at 9:00 AM at my home. I have learned the hard way that Freedom indeed is a one-way street at this Dallas Chevrolet dealership. Don't trust them. More

The Tahoe was very dirty (despite making a reservation ahead of time to come see it), the trade-in process was miserable and slow, and the first salesman (Gabe) I dealt with was very unprofessional. Terrance Stovall came in and recovered the deal, which was dead because of Gabe. Would not recommend dealership but if you have to deal with Freedom Chevrolet, ask to work with Terrance. More
