I came in for a dash light. I found I needed two batteries. Along with your overprice batteries your sales person tried to sell me tires and brakes. It took all day. I am highly disappointed in your dealership. I will not use you again.

Good Morning. We apologize if there was any miscommunication during your visit. The cellphones are used by our crew in order to complete inspections and to create videos of the car for the inspections report in order for us to review these videos later if any discrepancies arise. As for the coupon, the coupon we were presented was for $54.99 before tax and shop fees. The total this came out to was $62.90 which is $10 less than without the coupon. Again, we do apologize for any miscommunication and we thank you for your review.
