My experience with Fred Martin service department has always been very personable, with an exemplary level of service. I very much appreciate the personally assigned service advisors and am impressed wit always been very personable, with an exemplary level of service. I very much appreciate the personally assigned service advisors and am impressed with the newer vehicle evaluation and quote formats (technician videos and pictures provided), along with the extensive final repair report that is included with the invoice. Overall level of customer service and repair is 5 star! More
