Hi Bill. We would like to apologize for your experience. When the vehicle was dropped off to us on Monday, it had been stated to us that the vehicle was in no rush as it was just used to pull an RV. Due to this miscommunication, we prioritized other vehicles first and did not get to your vehicle until Wednesday morning. When we called Wednesday morning to make you aware that we were starting the repairs on your vehicle, we were told to forgo the repairs due to the time constraint. Priority on our repairs changes based on the urgency of the repair and availability of parts, and not on whether or not the vehicle was purchased from our dealership. We apologize for the miscommunication that caused the delay on your vehicle. We thank you for bringing this to our attention and for your review.
