Good morning. We apologize for your experience. An error with our website caused a photo of a previous sales offer to appear that was no longer valid at the time of your visit, and the sales representative in question was unaware of the change. However, we do not agree with your accusation that his violates any administrative code as the advertisement states that the offer is only on select vehicles. We have spoken to the sales representative and have educated them on proper procedure regarding vehicle offers in order to ensure these miscommunications do not continue. We again apologize for this error and for your experience. We thank you for your review.

The salesman told me the offer applied the offer was also listed on your public website. When the policy was brought into question while I was there the salesman was able to tell me what the updated policy was and apologized that he hadn’t paid attention to the fact the car didn’t qualify since your own advertisement was shown with the car. That tells me he knew the policy but was more interested in making a sale with the hopes I wouldn’t question it. The fact that it was on the website and the salesman confirmed that the car applied the offer should have been honored. It wasn’t and therefore you violated Ohio Law for False advertising.

They are "resolving" it to the benefit of the dealership and dealership only. No consideration has been shown towards us as the consumer regarding an error on YOUR peoples end. By contacting the wrong party (Mercedes Benz Financial's words to Brett - not mine) you created this. I will be finding a complaint with the Better Business Bureau at the conclusion of this nightmare.
