I find that Patrick Hines is a trusted tech who knows what he is talking about and advises you correctly. He is good at assessing the situation and getting you in and out. John Paugh is an excellent tech what he is talking about and advises you correctly. He is good at assessing the situation and getting you in and out. These two should receive accommodation for the excellent work they do.
