We are sorry your most recent experience with us was less than 5-Stars, however there was an issue with Fleetio no longer appearing at all on the Auto Integrate system, and we have reached out to Auto in regards as to why. They have gotten back to us that there is an issue with Fleetio no longer being set-up with Nissan at this point in time and that they should reach out to their Nissan corporate contact to look into the situation. We understand your frustration however without proof or verification a lot of things were out of our hands and we could only assist as much as we could. We do hope you understand, and if their was anything further we could assist you within our power, do not hesitate to give us a call. Thank you.

Friendly but my car is dry having the same issues when the gas level says low and 87 miles it cuts off . Such a hazardous vehicle. No warning low fuel then the power dies!!!! More

Hello- The current issue with your vehicle has nothing to do with the repair we completed. You came to us with service issues while out of state where the vehicle was not recognizing when the gas tank was full. We diagnosed your vehicle was in need of an instrument cluster and got Nissan corporate to cover a portion, and your selling dealership in Connecticut to cover the rest despite being out of warranty. This was out of goodwill, and at no cost to you. You brought your vehicle in a few days later believing this was still happening, and we explained to you that it is very common for a gas tank to read full for about 80 miles until the gauge starts to drop. Weeks later after you returned home, you called with a totally unrelated issue. You are out of state, out of warranty, and we were not the selling dealership of your vehicle. We advised you to work with your selling dealership or locate a mechanic in your hometown. We went above and beyond to address your issues, and we do not believe your current issue is related at all to our repair. We wish you all the best in getting your vehicle properly diagnosed and repaired. Thank you.
