Thanks...not necessary. It wasn't a bad experience. Oil change prices can always be an area for improvement at a dealership service center. The complimentary car wash would have been appreciated if it had been dried off before hitting the road again in the cold. And why my written car status report indicating "yellow" for the air filter when it was replaced 3 days earlier leads me to believe it wasn't looked at and this is a standard entry by the technician. So, room for improvement.
