We were on a road trip and my trusted 2015 Nissan rogue unfortunately without much notice had a transmission issue which we learned when we fortunately barely pulled into Fred Martin dealership. Stranded miles from home, and the same amount of miles from our original destination we because stranded. Patrick who took our car in for diagnostic was super polite and patient, got us in quickly (given we got there at 730am) and even scheduled a shuttle to take us to the plaza while the car was reviewed. Brandon the young man who shuttle us there and back was also very polite, prompt, and super courteous. After learning the diagnostics, my car was no longer usable for our Journey, Patrick very clearly explained the situation and gave us multiple options and solutions, obviously we were left unsure and extremely emotional, and immediately introduced us with Brandon a sales member to go over these option in dept Brandon. This man went above and beyond! He HEARD us. Not only was he patient, personable and charismatic, We explained what we wanted and showed us a couple of models and encouraged us to test drive one. during this test drive we got to chatting and I explained my budget and concerns. he went to talk to Josh, and they came back with a proposal, unfortunately this proposal wasn’t going to work for us. Honestly we put them in a rough spot we hadn’t planned to purchase a car this day because we were literally heading to a wedding. but when I tell you they crunched the numbers and looked for what we wanted and made it work!!! Never did they pushed anything they knew we couldn’t afford, or circled backed to a car I had rejected or make me feel like I was wasting their time. After Brandon helped us find the car that would get us mobile again Josh the financial manager who was kind and very understanding, who in my experience is the finally step in the car buying process and upsell additional packages was so underatanding of our situation. He did present the options and explained them to us per our request which he kindly did and didn’t push or make us feel again like we were wasting his time knowing that it wasn’t in our budget. He explained every paper I signed and happyly explained anything i needed cleared up. Being a women in a car dealership can be extremely overwhelming and honestly I was-a mess losing you first car is oddly emotional. Every team member at the dealership I interacted with made me feel heard, they were patient, and gladly explained question that I didn’t understand. I walked out with the car I wanted in a budget I could afford and was never made to feel like my sell wasn’t as important as the next. Can not recommend this place enough More

I brought my car in to find out why it kept dying. Turns out it was the battery. Ok, fine. But you guys completely ripped me off as far as the labor goes. On top of that, I had you rotate my tires. All was fine until Sunday evening a slit was found on the inside of the driver’s side tire. Hmmmm how could that have happened? Took my car into a tire shop the next day only to find out that ALL of my tires have been bulging from having too much air in the tires. Let me tell you something. I’ve only driven my car 3000 miles since the date of purchase in December 2022. I’ve never touched my tires or put air in them. You sold me a bogus set of tires on this vehicle!!!! Now, I have to spend another $800+ on TIRES because of whatever YOU people did when I brought it in for a battery replacement. Never again will I purchase anything from you guys! You’re the definition of a scam artist! More
