19 Colorado,Not to pleased with the agreessive tires they put on it.Vibrates at 70 mph.Took it in.They said there is nothing they could do its the type of tire. What an absolute joke. You know how dealerships have always had a bad representation and such? Well, this place is a perfect example of that. Stay as far away as you can. I am in the market for a new maverick hybrid, I know these are somewhat hard to come by because the order banks are closed currently. But, I also know that nothing is impossible, and when you order a vehicle and have to wait a long long time for it to arrive..plans change sometimes. So, I'll find one (I've found a couple, but those silly gooses are trying to mark them up and this is simply a want, not a need.. I'm not paying over msrp no matter what rofl). As soon as I find a maverick hybrid XL or XLT that doesn't have a bunch of stupid stuff added to it, or markup..I'm buying it- guaranteed. So, in my search for one of these. I called this dealership to see if they had any. When I called, I spoke with Mitch Ury, who is a sales manager. On the phone, he told me "we have 4 here currently, but of course they are sold. So, no.. but, we have some in dealer stock that are still available". He then proceeded to tell me that 3 of them were hybrids, 2 of them could not be modified at all as they would be built soon. The other one does not have a build date yet and could be modified however wanted, except the trim level. I stated I would be in later that night to modify it and make it mine. He said okay. I then traveled 2 hours from PA to do this. I got there and was 'greeted' by Patrick Valicenti. I told him I was there to see Mitch (as he said to ask for him when I got there). Patrick told Mitch I was there, and Mitch basically asked Patrick if he could take care of me and told him what I had wanted to do. I told Patrick that Mitch said there were 4 mavericks there, I had wanted to see them in person to see some of the available colors (1 of them was sitting there getting delivered to the customer at that time, so I told him I wanted to see the other 3). From inside the dealership he pointed toward the other side of the street and said "one is over there, the other is outside the door there.. that's all we have". Big help, thanks. We then went and sat at Patrick's desk and proceeded to 'build' the maverick I had wanted on his computer, so that he could print that build out so they knew how to modify the available unit to my liking. He then printed it out and took it to Mitch to do what needed to be done. After 20 or so minutes he finally came back to tell me "well, we can't quite change it to how you want it..some of the options are grayed out and won't let us add or remove, like the spray in bedliner.. can't be done". Meanwhile I see on his paper that he has a ecoboost maverick picked out. I told him "well, that's not even the right truck..so, try again?". He then went off to talk to Mitch and came back about 10 minutes later to tell me "well, Mitch doesn't do this very often, he doesn't know what he is doing. The guy who actually orders vehicles isn't here today, or tomorrow..but the next day he will be here and he will be able to do this and we'll get it done then and we will just need you to stop in and give us a deposit then". During this conversation, the receptionist gets on the intercom and says "Patrick, get your @$$ over here". Real professional.. So, I drove over 2 hours each way for literally nothing. I then waited a week without hearing anything so I called Patrick. He stated "Well, remember that paper I printed out with what you wanted? I gave it to Mitch, and between you and me... he lost it. He doesn't know what he is doing. So, I'll need you to come back in and do it again. Oh, and the order banks don't open for another couple months." If I had wanted to order one like normal then I would just wait until the order banks open and order one from one of the many closer dealerships I passed, don't you think??? The whole dealership just feels super slimy. This is the exact reason that a lot of people don't like dealerships. More

Fred Martin always has a great selection of vehicles, and their prices are always the best, along with excellent service. Our family has bought around 15 vehicles here. I found this 23 Ford F 150 Lightning Lariat online and contacted Fred Martin dealership and eventually talked to Jim Beeman. Although I lived 2 hours away I had many questions and Jim went above and beyon contacted Fred Martin dealership and eventually talked to Jim Beeman. Although I lived 2 hours away I had many questions and Jim went above and beyond to keep me informed about this vehicle and the price. There was a small disagreement about my trade in value but John had the final say and we eventually met in the middle. Everyone I came in contact with at Fred Martin was very very friendly and knowledgeable. Probably if it wasn't for Jim I never would have made the trip to Youngstown Ohio . I love my new Lightning truck so much !!! David Keith More
