Car shopping is a challenge for me because I find it to be an "intense" experience, but I have found this particular dealership tries to make the process as smooth as can be expected. So far, I have purchased four vehicles from this one location. Two that were brand new and two that were slightly used. All transactions were performed in the most timely fashion. I can also say the service department is just as supportive with recommendations as to upcoming maintenance and review of the vehicle during maintenance to let us know what to expect. There is NO vehicle maker who can say their product is 100% "failsafe". Of course, we must express our adoration for the bulk of the vehicles produced as well. Personal preference is Ford, hands down! You can get a "lemon" with anything, but we have had a huge amount of success with the products, the staff, and the service when needed. More
