Ross Hugh let did a great job very professional and looked you in the ey when he spoke to you I’ve been to this dealer 3 times prior and every time I drove to Ohio to purchase a truck Ross did a great looked you in the ey when he spoke to you I’ve been to this dealer 3 times prior and every time I drove to Ohio to purchase a truck Ross did a great job and broke that trend but on the other hand your sales mgr who dresses up like a cowboy was terrible he mad me wait on pricing and never came back to talk just sent his price over I would recommend people to Ross but I would tell them to stay away from the cowboy he was terrible and I will let that be known unprofessional thanks Ross hughlett for a great experience More

Sales dept is fantastic. Service dept leaves a lot to be desired. I had the service dept. Look at my jeep for a vibration. After several conversations over multiple days they Service dept leaves a lot to be desired. I had the service dept. Look at my jeep for a vibration. After several conversations over multiple days they said they couldn’t identify the problem. Service dept was less than friendly at pickup also. Took the vehicle to another dealer and was told the Jeep has a problem with the valve train and need a camshaft replaced. Why couldn’t they figure this out and save me the hassle. More
