Our salesman Ross did an outstanding job. I knew what I wanted when I came in and Ross was very quick and friendly in making it happen. After I left, 30 minutes later, I noticed a very hard t I knew what I wanted when I came in and Ross was very quick and friendly in making it happen. After I left, 30 minutes later, I noticed a very hard to see chip in the windshield. I spoke back and forth with Ross multiple times and he understood my concerns. He forwarded the information to his manager and the manager was unwilling to fix it. He stated that it would not pass MD inspection and that I would have seen it while test driving. You cannot see the chip from the outside and it was raining while I was test driving so it was easy to blend in with raindrops. The manager told me they are not liable. The chip is smooth on both sides as if it has been sealed prior. The manager insinuated that the chip occurred within the 30 minutes after I had left the dealership. The sales experience was nothing but wonderful, the management- not so much. More
