Serviced my RAV4 at Flemington Toyota service about a year ago they replaced my spark plugs and upon leaving I noticed I had two lights on idiots. Check engine and AWD. The engine was running roughly. year ago they replaced my spark plugs and upon leaving I noticed I had two lights on idiots. Check engine and AWD. The engine was running roughly. Instead of taking me back immediately They scheduled me for my next appointment. Which means I drove the car for a week with a dead spark plug. GOD ONLY KNOWS THE DAMAGE TO MY ENGINE THAT CAUSED I think I have a video of them checking spark plug that they did not remove a piece of plastic off the tip of the spark plug… And then, About a week ago I brought it in for air conditioner not working. They recharged the air conditioner with UV fluid I brought it back for them to finish the air conditioner Thing. When they gave the car back to me I drove away AND noticed two idiot lights were on the same two idiot lights that resulted from the bad spark plug. At the service Desk they asked did I just fill up the tank They were looking for the gas cap to be the problem The gas was almost empty which means I drove it for approximately 200 miles (I suppose these two lights are the first to show up when the car doesn’t know what’s wrong). And neither did they. They cleared the computer errors and set me off. SO DISAPPOINTING TOYOTA SERVICE.? ? ? More

REFUSED TO HONOR ONLINE PRICE. On January 11, 2020 the dealership refused to honor the online price posted on the DEALER'S WEBSITE the night before for a Toyota Camry (for which I have documented evidence dealership refused to honor the online price posted on the DEALER'S WEBSITE the night before for a Toyota Camry (for which I have documented evidence). DIDN'T EVEN GET AN APOLOGY from the dealership manager. Instead he stayed behind his desk while the sales person delivered the bad news that the original price quote was a "mistake." This is while I literally sat with my checkbook at the dealership ready to buy the car. When I called the dealership for an explanation the following week, NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL. I purchased a brand new car from the same dealership in 2018. WILL NOT BE BACK TO THAT DEALERSHIP AGAIN. More
