Polite and friendly service! My husband and I had a really good experience at Fred Beans Toyota. Totally unsatisifed I went into the Toyota dealership with a friend, She was having her wheel fixed we decided to go upstairs and look at suv's. A salesman who was on his day off approached my friend and she had told him I was looking to get rid of my BMW and possible go into a SUV. I looked at the Rav 4 and was ok with it there were NO rav 4's that I liked soooooo he brings out this Venza which was ok I drove it for 10 min and somehow I felt like I was Bambozzled into buying the Veneza. I don't like the way it rides and felt like I am driving my Grandmothers station wagon. Very Very unhappy I left 3 messages with the salesman. The dealership had called me to get my license plates and I explained to the guy at the desk how unhappy I was and he got me a finance guy from the back office (who I have yet to hear back from in 4 days) he proceeded to tell me he would look up my info and call me. After waiting 3 days and no call I called my Salesman for help again. I told him there is a highlander that was cheaper than what I got and I hate the Venza. He proceed to get nasty saying you signed the papers its yours. I explained I don't like the Venza and want the Highlander and he told me it would be an extra 500,00 a month on my payments ??????? I said the car is less money?????? Again there was 400 miles on the car and in the same condition I bought it in. I hung the phone up and Will NEVER EVER recommend the Dealership or the Salesman to ANYONE I know I will never purchase another Vehicle from them again. There were unprofessional and rude, I run a catering facility at a Local Golf Course that brings 20,000 people a week and will never say anything nice about the dealership. I have been on lease trade all day trying to find out how to get rid of this Venza. SOOOOOO UNSATISIFED!!!!!!! More
I never would have thought that we could actually have a terrific experience buying a car. I had looked at a pre-owned 4Runner that Fred Beans of Flemington had on the lot. I that we could actually have a terrific experience buying a car. I had looked at a pre-owned 4Runner that Fred Beans of Flemington had on the lot. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but I sent the Manager, Brad a note and told him what I was looking for, that I was pre-approved for a loan, etc. About a week later he calls me personally that he has a 4Runner similar in most ways to the one I had looked at, 3rd row seating, moon roof, etc., that had just come off of a lease, and he was calling me first to come take a look at it. It was perfect except for a little crack on the rear bumper, they pledged to have repaired. I had "special needs" with regards to configuring the vehicle, and they were fabulous. I was pre-approved with my own bank but their finance guy ran some numbers in 20 minutes and got me a better deal that saved me $700 over the course of the loan. Mark Paterson, the sales guy was awesome, and I actually missed him after the car was purchased, and the minor repair made a few weeks later, perfectly and with no headaches at all. A great experience all around, and would unquestionably give them our next automotive business. More
