Bought a 84 month battery and it failed so brought truck in for a oil change and said they changed battery. No they didn’t I have to drive around with remote charger and had to use it 12 plus times now. The in for a oil change and said they changed battery. Never again please never buy anything from them . They scheduled me out another week for my battery replacement. Who do this More
Salesperson was great but tried to sell us a 2021 Nissan Sentra that stunk like smoke and trying to say the smell would come out. Great at selling horrible service after Buying my truck was a nice experience, however service to date has been awful and doubt I will bring my vehicles back. First oil change they forgot to tighten the drain plug, service managers response (“ yeah so it’s still under warranty what’s the big deal?”). Next they forget every time to replace something on my truck like LUG NUTS again no big deal or valve stem caps and give an attitude when confronted. My vehicle after the last few oil changes looks like they tried to put oil in with a watering can.and that’s not to mention all the greasy Han prints all over inside and out of my vehicle. Thanks very much, Finally called the general manager about these issues about three weeks ago he couldn’t care less and was going to call me back.......... still waiting! Won’t be going back there for service anymore. More

Top to bottom, all the personnel were easy to work with and very accommodating. A special mention needs to go out to Jillian in Sales, Matt, the Service Manager, and Bill, the General Manager. We live about an hour away from the Dealership but, will definitely take the trip to Doylestown to buy our next car. More

I ended up buying the car under the impression it was a certified preowned. I haven't had the car even 2 months and there are issues already. I called them and it turns out its not a certified preowned and I was swayed wrong. As a first time buyer I'm infuriated that they do not have the decency explain these important things to you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FRED BEAN. I bought that car because it would have been an OK price for a certified preowned. I'm not happy to be stuck with a car that I over payed for. More
Excellent!!! I walked in expecting to be pressured to buy. I've walked into many dealers and did not like the service. As a result, I really hated car shopping. But, Fred Beans Nissan salesman Donald (Donnie) Malloy made this an experience to remember. I saw the car on CarFax and CarGurus and immediately fell in love with it. It was gift for my daughter's graduation and she loved it as well. The car was ready with my name on the windshield (nice touch). I walked in and Donnie was ready to service us immediately. He was genuine, took us to the car, lifted the hood, showed us all the features prior to taking it out for a test drive. He even had us drive it on the highway. No excessive talking while we were out driving. He gave us the best deal, explained everything to us, filled the gas tank and had the car and tires cleaned.
