After having been severely burned by a dealership in Florida, I contacted Fred Beans regarding a Toyota Sienna I found on Cars.com. I had the PLEASURE of working with Julie, who understood that I was ra Florida, I contacted Fred Beans regarding a Toyota Sienna I found on Cars.com. I had the PLEASURE of working with Julie, who understood that I was raw after having a deal gone bad and was in no mood for games. Julie and I worked out a deal over the phone in about 3 hours, and over the next few days, did all the paperwork necessary. We were in constant contact by email and phone. Although I won't go as far as saying she restored my faith in used car salespeople, it is clear that Julie's 24 years in the business taught her how to treat people right. Not only would I recommend this dealership, I would encourage buyers to ask for Julie. She's the BEST. The only thing I was disappointed in was her manager's decision to not accept my offer, but they did make some price concessions, and I was ok with that. This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle sight-unseen on the internet, and it's vital that the buyer be able to really trust the salesperson, because there really is no recourse if you are unhappy with the car after you have it shipped to you. I'm looking forward to my Sienna being everything Julie said it would be. More

This was my first Nissan and my 5th vehicle from the Fred Beans group. My wife and i were very specific about the features and options of our new Maxima that we wanted as well as the price we needed to budge Beans group. My wife and i were very specific about the features and options of our new Maxima that we wanted as well as the price we needed to budget for. However they were not able to find the exact match, instead they upgraded us to a car with MORE features and kept the price/payment BELOW what we expected to pay! We traded in a BMW 330xi and were given $1k more for our trade than expected. We looked at the Lexus and The BMW and neither of those were in the ballpark for pricing as the other dealers in Doylestown were not willing to negotiate, and offered less on the trade. We also went to the new owners meet and greet dinner that was held in the showroom the next day and the food was great! Thanks again to all involved in making this a pleasant experience. More

Our sales consultant, Mike, was incredibly friendly and willing to answer any and all questions we had on our purchase. We worked out an amazing deal on this car, and the car is an incredible deal for its age. This dealership really seems to stand by its cars, whether they are new or used. We found this car on a website (we are actually from 2 1/2 hours away) and the purchase completely justified the drive. We would have driven double that, there just aren't dealerships like this one where we live. Highly recommend. More
I purchased a new maxima recently and the price was terrific...the salesman was very friendly and cooperative the SALES MANAGER however was extremely rude and obnoxious for no apparent reason..BOB spok terrific...the salesman was very friendly and cooperative the SALES MANAGER however was extremely rude and obnoxious for no apparent reason..BOB spoke to me like he was doing me a favor... a complete turnoff.. not sure of his last name but bald with a bad attitude sums it up.. I brought a car used car from this dealership for $5900 cash. Three weeks later the overheats and now it needs a new engine. fred beans nissan claims they will not pay for it because its not there fault... cash. I bought a Nissan from this dealership in 2008 and have been exceptionally happy with the service, and the whole team that works there. The sales team was extremely helpful when I was purchasing the car, been exceptionally happy with the service, and the whole team that works there. The sales team was extremely helpful when I was purchasing the car, and the service team has been wonderful since the first time I had to bring my car in. If there was ever something wrong, no matter how small they'd tell me to just bring it in and they would take care of it for me-it was great! They are very prompt to call you when your car is done, and they always take the time to explain everything they're going to do and are quick to answer any questions at all that you might have. I feel very well taken care of at this dealership, and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! More
