My wife and I purchased a used Ford Focus ZTS from this dealership. First off, we found the dealer on line, came across Salesman Chris Burns, and then drove over 150 miles to buy the car from them. I hon dealership. First off, we found the dealer on line, came across Salesman Chris Burns, and then drove over 150 miles to buy the car from them. I honestly don't trust car salespeople, but Chris set a standard that nobody I have seen before, and certainly nobody I've run into since, can live up to. The car was perfect, Chris arranged for financing that met our needs and continued to support the car by guiding us as to what we needed to give to the local Ford service department regarding warrantee information when the car needed servicing locally. I am still in touch with Chris and have him looking for another car for me. I have never been so happy with a dealership. If you're looking to buy a Ford (or anything else they sell) - this dealership is worth the ride. I don't give praise easily, but this guy and the company he works for deserves it! More
I dealt with Mike Kilgis and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. If he is how Ford Motor Company wants to be represented, then it doesn't surprise me that their company was backwards by $17 billion unprofessional. If he is how Ford Motor Company wants to be represented, then it doesn't surprise me that their company was backwards by $17 billion in sales over the last year. Common responses to my pleas for help were,"It's not my problem...", "Well you bought the vehicle not me...", "I can't give you a rental, it would take food out of my kid's mouths". As it turns outh there is a serious problem with my 4 wheel drive. Again. Water was leaking in on the sensors causing the 4 wheel drive to engage while I was driving (real safe). After an hour of arguing they tested the codes and conceded that there was a problem. The tone of Mr. Kilgis changed immediately and now it was ok to "take food out of his childrens' mouths". In a year and three months, Fred Beans has had my vehicle for over three months. My frustration with the product comes nowhere near my frustration with the disrespect and lack of service provided by Mike Kilgis and Fred Beans Ford. Not to mention my wife bought a brand new 2006 explorer at Fred Beans Ford. It was back and forth for service problems within the first three months. Turns out her car was a lemon and had to be replaced. Way to go Fred Beans Ford! you sell such reliable vehicles. More
