Went here to buy a new car. After talking List-Discount-Rebate, they came back with an "out the door" price that included fees and taxes that was very good. We asked for the breakdown of the List-Discount-Rebate, they came back with an "out the door" price that included fees and taxes that was very good. We asked for the breakdown of the numbers(List-discount-rebate+fees and taxes), of course they only showed us a number on a piece of paper. This should have been my first clue of what was to come. We were told the Finance guy had the paperwork. Went to do the deal with their Finance person, he asked we start signing things, when we insisted to see the breakdown we found out the real price was +3000.00 over what they quoted us. The Finance guy couldn't say why it was this way, he indicated he "just does the paperwork". Had to get the "Sales Manager" and "Sales Woman". They did a great job of playing dumb said something about that was what they put in for the down payment. I made it clear from the beginning I was not doing their financing and we were taking care of that ourselves. We got up and left..... Boy, I really thought business practices like this went out with the death of the dinosaurs(or at least in the 1960's). They are alive and well at Fred Beans. Run don't walk from these people. ps. They have since called repeatedly leaving voicemails apologizing for the confusion and asking us to come back. We plan to as soon as h..l freezes over. Ford is a great company, a number of my family were Ford Motor Co employees. Found another dealer elsewhere did a comparable deal, no problems. Came away feeling good. More
I will never recommend or do business with the Fred Beans organization again. The service advisor informed me that I needed a new steering rack in order to eliminate a loud squealing noise in my car. After t organization again. The service advisor informed me that I needed a new steering rack in order to eliminate a loud squealing noise in my car. After they installed the steering rack, the service advisor informed me that it did not eliminate the squealing noise. I replied to the customer service survey concerning my displeasure with getting charged $1,000 for a steering rack that I was later informed did not fix the issue. I never received a reply from the company. When the same loud squealing noise reappeared within a couple of weeks, I immediately returned the car and disputed my $1,852.59 credit card charge. When I picked-up my car the second time, the service advisor would not give me a written receipt or tell me what they did to repair my car. I tried speaking with the service manager again but he did not answer or return my phone calls. On the third return visit for the noise, the service manager promised to repair the car to my satisfaction. Once the credit card company mistakenly paid the company, the service manager simply became unavailable again. When I picked the car up it was still making the noise. As a result of the service manager’s inaction, I wrote to Mr. Beans regarding his customer satisfaction pledge. He did not provide me with the courtesy of a reply. This kind of customer experience is unacceptable; especially considering I purchased this vehicle from them and had all of the major service work done there for over 9 years. More
They were friendly and did not try to pressure me into a sale I wasn't ready to commit too. I would highly recommend this dealership! The process was seamless and in the end I came home with the car at a co sale I wasn't ready to commit too. I would highly recommend this dealership! I recently purchased a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander and traded in a Leased 2009 RAV4. I agreed with the sales team to pay $329/mo over 75 months at 4.99%. When it came time to sign the papers the details traded in a Leased 2009 RAV4. I agreed with the sales team to pay $329/mo over 75 months at 4.99%. When it came time to sign the papers the details were $329/mo at 6.99% for 84 months. I challenged these numbers. They changed them to as agreed and attributed this to a 'communications error'. I inquired about my trade in being paid off and they assured me that it would be paid off within a few days. This was on Sept. 12, 2011. I returned to the dealership three days later, on September 15th, and inquired about my trade in being paid off. I spoke to the sales manager and he assured me it was paid off. OK I was satisfied. On November 3rd, 2011, I get a call from Toyota Motor Credit Collections stating my account was delinquent and wondering why a reliable customer like me has missed 2 payments. I said something must wrong because Fred Beans Motors paid this off in September. They insisted that no payment was received. At this point I called Mitubishi Customer Service and related the above problem. They call Fred Beans who claim they overnighted a check on Nov. 4th to Toyota. The bottom line is that Fred Beans Motor Company was dishonest and untrustworthy on two counts regarding my experience with them. If you trade in a vehicle to them, make them sign a statement that they are liable for the payoff ant the payoff must be completed within 3 days. More

After driving it for a couple weeks my wife decided it was NOT the car for her. Fred Beans honored their "30 day Exchange" policy and Rich worked hard for us to get vehicle to meet our needs at a price we could afford. Although we didn't end up in a Ford, we are very happy with our fully loaded 2010 Chrysler Town & Country. Rich and the staff were very understanding of my wife's concerns and wishes, and very patient of my many questions. I will be returning to Fred Beans for our next vehicle. More

I went to Fred Beans to buy a used car. I found one that was everything I was looking for and then some. It was a little more than I wanted to pay, but I was willing to work with that. Upon inspection of was everything I was looking for and then some. It was a little more than I wanted to pay, but I was willing to work with that. Upon inspection of the vehicle, we noticed that the vehicle had been keyed and was starting to rust at that spot. It was a BIG mark, actually about 2 - 3 feet in length. I asked them to sand and respray the panel so that it looked brand new. After 30 minutes of discussing the issue with a manager, they promised that they would do it with no problem (but I would have to pay for it and leave a $500 deposit, and I hadn't even bought the car yet). I left the car for 7 days to do a job that only takes 24 hours. That was ample time to get the job done and done RIGHT! When I went back to get the car, the mark had not been sanded and resprayed. Instead, they painted over it with some touch up paint and tried to tell me it was as good as new. Not even close! I had decided that enough was enough. They were told exactly what I wanted from the beginning, and they tried to get by fixing it the cheap way and got caught. After that, I decided that the car was not worth it. There are plenty of other more reliable dealerships that sell the type of vehicle I was interested in that would fix any issues the right way the FIRST time. Once I decided to walk away from the deal, I had to discuss this with FOUR different managers, yet they claim that once you buy a car you can return it within 3 days with no questions asked. Yea right! To make everything worse, I went twice to the dealer with my boyfriend and everyone talked to him instead of me, but I was the one buying the vehicle. Then, when I went back to get my $500 deposit returned to me, my mom went with me and they talked to HER instead of me. Every time I was there I had to direct their attention to ME, the buyer! Know your customer! I was told not to buy from Fred Beans, but I was attracted to the convenience of a dealer being so close. Never again! I've learned my lesson. Our salesman was the only good part of the experience, and I'm pretty sure that's because he's fairly new and just hasn't learned how to be a cheat like the rest of them yet. More
