I was requesting pricing on sonata's by phone and can't believe what I had to go through in order to get a price. I knew exactly what I wanted and saw it on the internet at Flemington Hyundai. When I called the phone just rang and rang at first finally a salesperson picked up and very rudely asked what I wanted. I try to explain that I saw the car I had been looking for on their website and just needed their best price. He cut me off mid sentence and said "we don't give prices over the phone you have to come in but we have a price guarantee so If I'm serious and have a price from another dealer to bring it in and they will beat it." I tried to explain that I wasn't driving all that way if he couldn't give me a price that was even close to what I had from another dealer. He didn't know that I was willing to pay a little more then the quote I had since he had the color I really wanted and maybe I should of told him but because he was so rude I didn't feel comfortable dealing with him at all. Especially being a single woman I just knew If I went there by myself they would play games and try to take advantage of me. I ended up finding the same car a little further away but they treated me like family and gave me a better price then everyone else that was close to where I live. If you are a single woman, easily intimadated or not the best negotiator don't waste you time at Flemington Hyundai they will not treat you like you deserve. Go somewhere else. More
This dealership is run the way all car dealers should operate. If you have the time when looking for a vehicle to buy, go in and sit face to face . Mark Vehling was excellent at keeping the email chain alive on the vehicle I wanted to buy and respecting me for not wanting to come in or even to give up my phone number (never even asked)!! Too sum it up, when I signed the final papers I was leaving with the same deal we went back and forth on with email. Actually it was $20.00 less. I have to say this is the first new car deal I have experienced where I havent felt regret or like I was somehow overcharged on fees, etc. There isn't enough I could say about this place. Bill Pandak oversaw my visit to pick up the car and really made the pickup of the vehicle move along quickly. I was in and out of there within 2 hours. He paired my phone to the bluetooth and made sure I didn't have any unanswered questions about the Accent that I bought. These guys are great and this is the way you should be able to by a car if you want to. Thanks to Flemington Hyndia for moving into the future! I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO THE 40MPG!!!!! More
Very professional and courteous sales group. I went in and was greeted in under a minute by Tim Kaplan. He then listened and provided feedback on the Hyundai offerings. He is quite knowledgeable (despite his young looks). Joe Morales (sales mgr) had some thoughts on the hybrid as well. We ended up with a good 'ole gas Limited edition with many more features and a LOWER price than the hybrid. Very reasonable on the trade-in and overall pricing (thank you Jeff) and ABSOLUTELY NONE of the nightmare scenarios one hears about (or experiences like I did just a few hundred yards down the road looking at a Camry!). Damian in finance was helpful as well and beat some already very low rates. More
Prior to visiting Flemington Hyundai, we spent time looking for a pre-owned car at other dealerships in the area. Having seen several Hyundai Santa Fe's on the road, we decided to see what was availabl looking for a pre-owned car at other dealerships in the area. Having seen several Hyundai Santa Fe's on the road, we decided to see what was available at our local dealership. Bill Pandak was the first to greet us at the door. Our shopping experience from that point on was very comfortable and non-pressuring. Bill went out of his way to show us what was available for 2012 and casually redirected our interest in purchasing a new car. From that point on, with his guidance we became excited about buying a new Santa Fe. Since our last new car was purchased about 34 years ago, we felt very overwhelmed. That's when Bill's knowledge and professionalism put our minds to ease, making the whole process very comfortable. We can't thank Bill enough for making our "new car buying experience" so reassuring and fun. We look forward to a continued relationship with him and Flemington Hyundai in the future. More

Unbelievable service all around. Have been test driving VW Passat, Audi Quattro, Honda Accord then the Hyundai. The warranty cannot be beat along with the car that I purchased. I've never had a better experience buying a car. I went to Flemington Hyundai to check out the new Sonatas back in December. Even though I was probably acting like a little bit of a jerk due to my frustra to Flemington Hyundai to check out the new Sonatas back in December. Even though I was probably acting like a little bit of a jerk due to my frustration with other dealerships, Bill Pandak was still so respectful and professional. Bill answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He even came in on his day off to make sure I learned all I could about using all the new gadgets. Never once during the whole process did I feel pressured and when Bill called me up (almost two months later!) to make sure everything was ok with the car, I had to write this review. It was great chatting with you Bill, and you and Flemington Hyundai have a customer for life! More
