Worst Exoeriencce of my life. I have been to this dealership with truecar certificate and they tried to sold some package worth $1700 in the name of truecar. I called truecar and found out its not offered by truecar. So after so much of negotiation their manager offer a price for on road. When i went next day to sign the docs and take delivery. What I found there are another $1000 came up (hidden fees) and i asked to see the manager - Manager was busy (apart from selling a car - car dealer manager is busy...) and sales man told me that my manger told you yesterday - "IF" we give you that price. He never offer the price to you. So I never recommend this dealership and still if you prefer to go please be careful about prices and packages they gave you. I learned a lot from this dealership. I came in exactly with what the co Despite the tasteless commercial I saw on tv, I still wanted to give my local dealer a chance for my next purchase. I came in exactly with what the commercial promoted...a trade that was worth a minimum of $4500. This is where it gets interesting... The dealer is willing to pay you $4500 for your car only because they are charging you $4000 more than the manufacturer's price. Ultimately, by the time their great offer is finished, you end up paying the list price or higher for the new car. I did not express my dislike for this approach to the salesperson, because I know it's not their fault for the type of advertising this company chooses to implement. The salesperson overall did a good job explaining the vehicles features and intuitive with me needs. We went back into the showroom and the salesperson left to go get me a brochure and while I had the moment to myself, I took the opportunity to tell the few customers around me about what crooks they were potentially dealing with and quickly got in my car and left. I will not be recommending this dealer to anyone. In the past what I liked most about car shopping in Flemington is the straight forward and honest approach that the other dealers choose to implement. You would expect this kind of annoying sales approach from dealers in other areas of the state and not in our quiet town. Try promoting your accomplishments for your business in the future.
