Worth the trip! We had been searching for a white 2015 Veloster Turbo and found one online at Fred Beans Hyundai. Car shopping online is a new experience for us but w We had been searching for a white 2015 Veloster Turbo and found one online at Fred Beans Hyundai. Car shopping online is a new experience for us but we had a very quick response from our initial query and a follow up phone callas well. Here's the rub. . .Fred Beans is in Doylestown, Zpa and we live in Harrisburg, Pa; a two hour trip! With the quick and courteous calls from the dealership, we decided to take the trip. Chip Clement was our phone contact and he gave us great directions from our home to the dealership and made sure we knew that he was only a phone call away if we needed further xxxx with direction. We were warmly greeted by Chip on arrival and treated well throughout our visit. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and kind and not the "Pushy" salesman type! I would also like to commend the entire staff at Fred Beans for their friendliness as nearly everyone in this busy showroom took the time to at least say hello. We usually dread the prospect of car shopping but this trip proved to be a great experience AND my wife drove home in her dream car. One last thing . . although it is a 2 hour trip we have decided to have maintenance and service work done at Fred Beans as we anticipate the same great treatment at their service center. More
