Worst Experience Ever My experience with this dealership was a disaster from start to finish. Once the deal was finalized, they only gave me one set of keys and I had to be My experience with this dealership was a disaster from start to finish. Once the deal was finalized, they only gave me one set of keys and I had to beg for the second set of keys which I was entitled to. The second set of keys was sent after a week of me begging and they sent it by first class mail, instead of securely overnighting it. Getting in contact with the staff members in this dealership was a headache as well. I would constantly call, and leave messages and would get no courtesy phone call back. I live 75 miles away from this dealership so it's not like I was able to drop in and speak to the staff face to face about my concerns either. When it came down to my NY state plates, I had to constantly call to ask about when they were coming since the expiration date was coming near. When I finally got in contact with a manager he had told me they were sitting on someone's desk and that he was going to overnight them to me. When I opened the package, I noticed that the Inspection date expiration only had 8 days left out of the 10 because they were not sent to me in a timely manner. The most outrageous and most irritating part of this whole experience was receiving my account number for the lease. I purchased the vehicle on August 29, 2016 and I didn't receive an account number until September 24, 2016. I can't wait to end my lease to go to another motor company because of the aggravation and headaches this lease gave me. More
