THey presented the option of leasing and when I told them we were not interested in that option, I appreciated they didn't try to talk us into it or pressure us. When we returned to purchase the vehicle and it was busy at the dealership, Ted was kind enough to stay with us and review all the benefits of being a Fred Beans customer and just talk with us while we waited. It made the time pass more quickly. I have bought a fair number of vehicles over the years and I thought they both did a good job and BJ was great following up with me and helping to make the numbers work for us. More

Disappointing Customer Service-Sales I purchased a vehicle over a month ago, and even though the services promised were fulfilled, my vehicle was returned with a scratch/ gash in the driv I purchased a vehicle over a month ago, and even though the services promised were fulfilled, my vehicle was returned with a scratch/ gash in the drivers side door that was not there before. When I addressed the issue with management, I was told they went above and beyond to accommodate me. The truth of the matter is their aggravation came from a lack of communication and attention to detail from day one. It was disappointing. I really like the vehicle, but it's been over a month and there are still unresolved issues... my only issue is with sales. More
