Pic says it all, I drove almost an hour + after doing some price research online. They wanted to give me a 2021 (almost 2 years old now) for almost 70k msrp! And it wasn’t even fully loaded. They wanted to give me DIRT for my current car, in this used car market they could’ve tripled what they offered me. Then after leaving and driving and hour + back they want me to come back in and MATCH an offer that I got for a 2022. They couldn’t do it, and now they continue to contact me even though I’ve told them multiple times that I’ve already gone with another dealer. The sales person was nice though, which is the only reason this review got 2 stars. More

After test driving the vehicle I was prepared to purchase it. The sales rep informed me that the vehicle was $40,000. I disagreed and showed her the advertisement. I offered to buy the vehicle for $35,000 all inclusive of taxes, tags, fees, etc. I asked for $2000 for my trade in value and I would make a $3000 down payment, leaving $30,000 to finance. Which, I already had. The sales person declined my offer so I left. I later received a phone call from the sales rep accepting my offer. So I arrived at 9:00am this morning 12/18 to purchase the vehicle. Unbelievably they wanted to raise the price yet again after I arrived. They called it miscommunication. These people are outrageous. They are liars. They will do everything then can to squeeze every nickel possible out of you. This is classic bait and switch. I have never been treated so poorly by any other organization in my life. I can't recall a time when I've been more upset with a business experience. They've wasted my time which is more upsetting then their sleazy business practices. Do not shop at any Fred Beans establishments. They do not respect their customers, stand by their word, or care for your time. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. More

We are in odd times these days, so you pay full MSRP I can accept this, but remember dealers are now making 2x profit on each vehicle sold. Fred Beans etches each car, this is a xxxxxxxxx add on, it cost $50 and they charge you $300 adding to their profit for something you as the customer did not request. They tell you that its a valuable benefit, its not and if your car is stolen, you have insurance to cover that. Lets get to financing. Get the best rate before you go, Capital One normally has the best rate or a credit union. We did just that, Capital One came back with 2.45%, they came back with 4.65% from Wells Fargo. Why? They will make a spread of the difference over the life of the loan. When they tell you they deal with multiple banks they are full of it, they are self dealing. Then they argue with you that they can't give you that rate until you are ready to walk out the door. The general manager was useless especially protecting the etch add-on. Please find a more honest dealer, if you do go there Drew the sales person is honest, the rest of the team sucks. More
