Salesperson Cathy Rooney was a pleasure to work with. I wanted a Maverick Hybrid but could not locate one. The ride seems smoother than my old car. More

We took to our local dealer 7 hours away and found out the rear differential was replaced by Fred Beans through AAMCO transmissions. Our dealership needed assembly number to cover it under warranty. Turns out the part came from a salvaged 2020 transit that had been in major accident. None of this was on car fax nor disclosed at time of purchase. They offered us a 1 year warranty...but the differential would never be covered according to our dealer and Ford. Ford offered to put a new one in for us but we would have to pay 1/2 the cost. Initially a sales manager said we could return (7hrs) but at our cost. We really wanted to keep the Van and were willing to work with them. They paid the diagnostic fee while The General Manager, David Principato, insisted, in several emails we were wrong, our dealer was wrong. Even Ford was willing to replace it understanding it was not covered. We engaged ownership initially as the GM did not return our calls. Ultimately, They did unwind the deal and came to pick up vehicle this week....ironically, it was relisted for sale on Sunday on their site for 3k more WITHOUT the warranty. Carfax that has been updated showing AAMCO service...Dates on carfax are incorrect and service history is inaccurate. They refunded our money because they knew we were correct. Not even an apology. Very sad. This is all factual. We have all of the recepits and correspondence. We learned so much...one being is carfax is useless, we should have noted their F & C- BBB ratings, paid attention to the negative reviews, and be patient in buying a used vehicle. Let a dealer you TRUST get what you need. More
If you want them to mess up everything in your car you can take it here. Worst dealership and staff to ever exist. My husband has a mustang and used to get it serviced there all the time, until the whole can take it here. Worst dealership and staff to ever exist. My husband has a mustang and used to get it serviced there all the time, until the whole staff changed and it turned into a nightmare. We took the car for an inspection. They kept breaking stuff after claiming to fix it and and don’t know how to properly fix a car anyway. I can tell you; they are so bad I would rather them be useless then doing more harm, they are THAT bad. Steve definitely has communication issues, he texted us and said the car was ready and we drove for an hour and a half after my husband left work early. Guess what? turns out steve left early and the lady that works there checked her computer and said “it’s not ready, they haven’t even started working on it yet” after it was there for 4 days, and it was already paid for too. They didn’t offer a temp car, no solutions no help, nothing. And should I remind you this is after over a $2000 bill for breaking different parts in our car that used to have no problems. After that, Manager Paul(?) called us and said that the car was fixed but wasn’t ready because it wouldn’t move. Obviously it was moving just fine that’s how we got there. They somehow made it work and we FINALLY picked it up. A day later check engine light comes on, we call them, they say that Paul is going to call us back. 6 weeks pass by, nothing. We called them again last week, asking for the manager again, he doesn’t get back to us AGAIN. My husband drove all the way there again and Paul says that he was on “vacation”. For 6 weeks? Okay :) we drop the car off, they keep the car for a WHOLE day just to scan it and nobody calls us so we do. Steve and Paul left early again, wow what a coincidence, very caring ethical staff are’t they? They say it’s probably spark plugs. Well we got that car inspected a month ago and nothing about spark plugs were wrong, now all of a sudden the day after we pick it up it has an issue now? They don’t offer a solution and say that we have to get it fixed again and pay for it. HORRIBLE PLACE. I wouldn’t suggest this place to my enemies. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER you will regret it. More

She even helped setup my sinus radio and went over wvery single thing in my new to me truck. Her and the finance team were great. I will definitely do business with them again. And I had to travel 2 hrs to get there. But well worth it. They get a 5 star rating from me More

I purchased a "certified" pre-owned vehicle from them, which within the first 3 months of ownership has required a brake repair, a water pump replacement, and spark plug replacements. I've driven less than 2,500 miles since I purchased the vehicle. I've tried contacting the General Manager of the dealership, Dave Principato, multiple times and am told each time that he is not available and does not have a voicemail. This dealership does not stand behind the vehicles that they sell to customers. UPDATE: 3 weeks later, I am informed that there is a hole in the exhaust manifold and multiple belts need to be replaced. Fred Beans Ford of Langhorne sold me a piece of junk. I finally spoke with the General Manager, Dave Principato, who spoke to me in a completely unprofessional manner, told me I was "not smart," and proceeded to hang up on me. More
I was totally disappointed with this dealership. I had my eye on the 2020 Ford Mustang Convertible. I spoke with Molly in customer service over the past 2 days. I spoke with her yesterday and she convinced me to come in to check it out. I was hesitant, because I didn't want to waste my time and travel. I get there and Austin was the salesperson who came up to me. We sat down and discussed what I was there for. I ask him about the carfax report. He said he'll show it to me and said it's online if I wanted to print out. He said give him a second so he can get the keys. He called down to Molly and told her I was there and he stepped away. About 10 to 15 minutes came back and said I'm sorry, the car was sold. I was so mad because Molly could have told me that through our emails and phone conversation. I would have never made the trip down there because I am so busy and this was bull crap to get me to come in to try to sell me something else. I got up and walked out. This company is so shady. I can see why the reviews are bad. They don't care about their customers, they just see dollar signs and are scammers. More

Definitely, a no pressure sale, a really great experience. I would do it all over again in a heart beat. I highly recommend both Fred Beans Ford and Ms. Rooney. I hope she is still there when I buy my next vehicle. Thank you Cathy, I LOVE that truck and you were soooo helpful.... More
Bought a 2020 Ranger, Had it to the service center twice, Both times I experienced minimal customer service. First time I dropped it off for 2 recalls, I had someone pick me up and then they called and said Both times I experienced minimal customer service. First time I dropped it off for 2 recalls, I had someone pick me up and then they called and said it was done. Well they only did one recall. Had to make another appointment, have someone pick me up. To me that is unacceptable. Second service issue, computer in truck was acting up, made appointment for 7:30 AM. At 2:30 they texted me and said can’t fix truck had to order part. I called dealership at 2:30 they told me tech was with a customer,he would call me back shortly. Of course shortly never came .So I called dealership the next day, they told me a couple days for part to come in. Well two weeks later I called them and the receptionist had to go look on the shelf for part, of course it was on the shelf and no one called me. Then I can’t get an appointment until next week. Sad terrible service. It is August and my air is not working properly and they have me tied up for three weeks now. Terrible service as far as I’m concerned. Will never go back to Beans Ford after they fix this issue. More
We were hauling campers to the show at Oxford Valley Mall when one of our trucks had a mechanical issue. We are from Virginia and a Blue Ford Pass member. We brought the truck in on a monday, just to get a e when one of our trucks had a mechanical issue. We are from Virginia and a Blue Ford Pass member. We brought the truck in on a monday, just to get a evaluation of what could be wrong, We explain our situation to the service writer, The person caught a bit of an attitude that we were trying to just get it diagnosed. The person said they could maybe work it in on Wednesday. ( we are not local) The person said they had too many tickets to enter in the system and after they are entered, what looked to be 15-20 tickets, the person would then enter our ticket in. The persons attitude, as we were putting them out of there way to help us. A simple computer scan is all that it needed. Needless to say I drove back to Virginia got a trailer, brought it to My Local ford were they ran a scan to find a temp sensor faulty. Took all of 45 minutes to diagnose and fix. So Customer Service thumbs down. Everyone has a bad day, but not in customer service. The dealership was clean and had a good appearance. More
