I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this dealership from start to finish. Kiersten was deceptive on multiple occasions throughout the process, repeatedly providing infor experience with this dealership from start to finish. Kiersten was deceptive on multiple occasions throughout the process, repeatedly providing information that turned out to be untrue. What should have been a straightforward purchase turned into two weeks of confusion, delays, and broken promises. The sales manager, Jordan, attempted to make things right by offering a measly $200 off the vehicle, which didn’t even come close to covering the gas I spent driving back and forth to the dealership each time I was misled by Kiersten. The gesture felt more insulting than helpful given everything that had already happened. Despite my concerns, I moved forward with the purchase after being reassured the car would be ready on Saturday. That turned into Monday, then Tuesday. On Tuesday morning, Kiersten once again claimed the car was ready. I drove an hour to pick it up, only to find that none of the agreed-upon work had been completed. At that point, I had completely lost trust in the dealership and chose to terminate my contract. What made matters worse was the complete lack of accountability from leadership. General Manager Tyler Boyajian showed zero concern while I explained my loss of faith in his dealership. I later reached out to him directly to discuss the two weeks of consistent lies and deception. Although he initially acted like he cared and encouraged me to contact him, he has yet to respond. His lack of follow-through only reinforces the same pattern of dishonesty and disregard shown by his team. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this dealership. More
