Charles Thomas was kind, considerate and fun to be with! We had very "matter-of-fact" conversations and two minutes later we were laughing! His knowledge of the vehicle was non-evasive. At other dealerships it was like "why wouldn't you buy this car" but Charles had a softer approach and one that I definitely felt very comfortable with.
