Had an appt with the service dept today. Excellent service. Was treated professionally. Service manager kept me posted throughout the appt with updates on my vehicle and what the next step was.

Tristan and Austin were awesome! Tristan put me in a the perfect car. Answered all my questions and talked to me. Austin was also awesome they both worked together and listened to me. They both helped me get out of a bad situation and Into my new ride. Hassel and stress free environment!

Just had my 2024 Sentra serviced at Fred Anderson Nissan. This is extremely convenient because no appointment is necessary for services like oil change / tire rotation. The service writer, Taryn Gresham, greeted me promptly upon arrival in the service lane. Taryn was both friendly and efficient in addressed my needs. I inquired about pricing for services I will need on my next visit and she provided me with written quotes, very helpful. Once the services were completed on my car, she even had it washed for me! Great experience! Five stars!
