My review for the Anderson Nissan Dealership along with our salesman Robert Smith went abouve and beyond my expectations. Robert was very knowledgable regarding our car. He listened to our concerns, questions and comments and we were answered with a knowledgable response. He really seem to care. We had our 2 kids with us and he treated them with the same respect we were given, he communicated with them and made them feel included in the process. Everyone we had a chance to meet was very nice and made us feel welcome. Everyone also seem to be very knowledgable regarding their position. This dealership will show you a CarFax report but it would be wise to make sure that the report is for the vehicle YOU are considering; mine was a bait and switch. As soon as it was shown, the sales per would be wise to make sure that the report is for the vehicle YOU are considering; mine was a bait and switch. As soon as it was shown, the sales person threw it away. Finance person will push every aftermarket product under the sun; he'll do it quickly and give you little or no time to consider the product. I specifically asked if the car had been in an accident (The logo was missing from the rear bumper) and was told it was clean. On close inspection while washing the vehicle, I did find paint drips that would indicate it had been painted by someone beside Nissan. Their pricing is aggressive but Caveat Emptor...they are slick and not to be taken at their word. Do your homework before you buy, More

We arrived at Anderson Nissan very late on whim(7p or later) on Nov 30, 2012. We were trying to look at the 2012 Pathfinder in the dark, when Billy Mcguire asked us if we wanted to see it better in the bay area light. Never once did he rush us and even happily let us test drive it, though technically your offices were closed. He explained the qualities of the vehicle and even though I LOVED driving my VW bug, we decided to trade. Billy & Don M. were very curteous and helpful. It was so stress free and relaxed. I came in looking for a used (2010 or 2011) affordable small car and came away with a brand new Nissan Versa for about the same monthly amount I would have paid for used.
