My husband and I were in Asheville and started having transmission trouble with your 2011 Nissan Murano. We called our sales agent Rob Smith and he told us to pull over in a safe place and he would come transmission trouble with your 2011 Nissan Murano. We called our sales agent Rob Smith and he told us to pull over in a safe place and he would come get us. About 20 min. later Rob came to our rescue and also ordered a tow truck to tow our Murano to Anderson Nissan. What wonderful customer service. He saved the day!!
