He told us what car he can put us in and what deal he can give us, and he did exactly that. We were looking for a used car and ended up walking out the door, or driving out the door with a brand new 2014 Nissan Versa Note SL with great APR and monthly payments. They went above and beyond for us. More
We came in on a rainy day to look, and and we left owning a new Maxima, largely because Zain Rigsby is good at what he does; explaining the options without any cheesy fake-friendliness. His knowledge of the vehicles is impressive, and his willingness to be helpful without any high-pressure gradually caused us to focus on the process instead of being defensive. I do have two minor, less-positive comments that have absolutely nothing to do with Zain. It seemed to take a very long time to get done. [5 hours.] And there was a manager on duty who stepped in several times---it was my impression that he was perhaps not paying close attention to the paperwork or to our questions, and my husband had to "back him up" a couple of times. Those are small details, but fresh in my mind. The car came in from another dealership exactly when promised and was waiting for me in immaculate condition. I am very very happy with the car, and I would recommend the dealership and Zain Rigsby to anyone shopping for a car. More

We was looking for a vehicle that would accommodate our grandchildren. After looking at the van selection with several of the competition lots I choose the pathfinder for the room, and the 4 wheel drive. O grandchildren. My only complaint is that the "Finance guy" is a little much of a "salesman" for my taste. He was friendly and treated me well though he knew I was on a tight time schedule, he told me he had to drop something off in the service department and would be right with me, then proceeded to take a smoke break or atleast that is what the smell would indicate. I have no problem with breaks to smoke or whatever but better to do it when someone is not waiting on you. Overall good experience. More
I was sent into the used car sales department to see Nick T. based on a friends recommendation. Nick is in upper management so he also introduced me to Bob Mills to help me out as well. I was shell shocked by past experience and came in without hope. I was a risk with spotty credit and negative equity in my trade in. I thought I would give it one more shot. Nick could not have been kinder when he explained to me that because of the negative equity he wouldn't be able to get me into a used car. That wasn't the end though. Bob walked me over to the new car side and put me into a brand new Altima. I really couldn't believe it. Every person I came into contact with was amazing, even the finance guy. Thank you for making this an amazing experience. More

Then I remembered how much I loved a Nissan Maxima my Dad had many years ago. I actually was looking at a Maxima at another dealership when I found one I liked better on line at Anderson. I came in and talked with Sean. He listened to me and also showed me a different style, based on my comments on cost and my needs. It was helpful to see the advantages of the other car, which I had budgeted for. But I really liked the Maxima I had come in to look at. I was very apprehensive about purchasing a car, both from a cost perspective and from trusting my judgment on the service the vehicle would provide me in the years to come - the what if's were overwhelming. Sean showed me what I needed to see, but allowed me to absorb all, professionally giving me knowledge where I needed it. Two weeks later, after more looking I returned. Still loving that Maxima. I had not scheduled an appointment, and Sean had a customer with him. Sean quickly said they had a more loaded option - and instantly introduced me to Nathan, rather than have me wait or come back. The no waiting was perfect, and Nathan continued the excellent customer service begun by Sean, without missing a beat! Again, knowledgeable, answering my questions, offering help at the right time, but never pushy. When we sat and looked at the numbers, I was surprised that the interest rate was better than my bank's rate. I was also surprised that I could complete the transaction on a Friday night! Mike Duncan finished things out with the financial end of things, much paperwork, very patient, very fast. Nothing was omitted, everything was covered. Nathan even went online to upgrade my insurance on my existing policy while we finished up with Mike. I even left with my next service appointment already made. What a great team!!! Oh and - I love my car! More
