Rude, deceptive and non-responsive Everyone totally ignores you after the sale and will not return phone calls. After leaving my review here, my phone started ringing, asking me why I Everyone totally ignores you after the sale and will not return phone calls. After leaving my review here, my phone started ringing, asking me why I left a negative review. So, since they seem perplexed as to why I left a negative review, I figured I'd explain. I repeatedly warned my salesperson (Ky) to return my call else I would finally leave a review telling about my horrible car buying experience. He continued to ignore me - along with three other people. I waited patiently for 3 months before I wrote my negative review because I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt. Each of the 7 people I've dealt with gets one star except Chris, he semi-helped me, but in the end, he also ignored me and my 4 phone messages - I'll give him 3 stars. I could write a book about how horrible I was treated before and especially after the sale, but I don't think you want to read my book. This place takes the typical bad rap car salespeople receive and multiplies it by 100. You're are treated like a piece of meat with a wallet before the sale and then after the sale you are totally and completely ignored. No phone calls are returned and all emails are ignored. Of the dozen or so messages I left, I think I got 3 responses total. Unless they will make money off you, you are treated like the dead, empty wallet piece of meat they earlier devoured. You are left to die as they ignore and leave you to rot. Sales Dept people I dealt with: Ky - half a star - lied, ignored, and not knowledgeable at all. Michael in sales - 1 star - he replied to 20% of my messages Michael Duncan - 2 stars - he replied to 50% of my messages. Chris - 3 stars - Initially I thought he was awesome, but he only gave me half of what he promised and then after that, completely ignored me. Service Dept people I dealt with: The lady that initially greeted me (I can't remember her name atm) basically called me a liar - I had my new vehicle for 11 days and she accused me of damaging something that was damaged before I drove it off the lot. Chris in sales approved the repair of something that was defective prior to me purchasing the vehicle but, the bearings were only repaired and the damaged wheels were not replaced. To this day, I'm driving on damaged wheels - this is the half promise Chris made. Michael, the service manager and the young man that gave me the loaner vehicle were the only two people that were helpful in the entire Anderson Nissan facility. I do not recommend Anderson Nissan at all and I strongly caution anyone considering dealing with them to not do so. More

Great service from Basiru Njie and Fred Anderson Nissan sta I had heard good things about Fred Anderson Nissan, so, when my husband and I recently needed a new car, I suggested that we stop in. I have always wa I had heard good things about Fred Anderson Nissan, so, when my husband and I recently needed a new car, I suggested that we stop in. I have always wanted a Juke, but knew they were no longer being produced so I wasn't hopeful that Fred Anderson Nissan would have even a used one. When we got out of the car, Basiru was coming out of the dealership to meet us with a big welcoming smile. I told him what I was looking for and he said, "We might have one. I'll have to check." Long story short - they did have a Juke and my husband bought a 2019 Sentra. Basiru Njie made the entire process easy and relatively fast. By the time we left, I felt like I had made a new and trusted friend. Michael Duncan and Bob Miles in finance were friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend Fred Anderson Nissan to friends and family. Don't forget to ask for Basiru Njie (or NJ, as they call him). More
