Outstanding!!! Matthew Parish is awesome. My wife and I were heading home after a vacation and I decided to look at trucks. When we pulled on the lot he was the firs Matthew Parish is awesome. My wife and I were heading home after a vacation and I decided to look at trucks. When we pulled on the lot he was the first to offer assistance. I explained that I was looking for a truck and not sure which manufacturer. Well after about five minutes talking to Matthew I was sold on Nissan. I informed Matthew I would be in touch with him in a few days and we left. A couple of days later I called Matthew told h which truck I wanted and asked to hold it for two days. Surprisingly when we returned the truck was up front ready for me. He went above and beyond to help me make my purchase. He will be the families salesman for every vehicle from now on. Manipulates prices. I saw a listing for a nissan rouge on car gurus for 20,400. The next day I went by the dealership to view/purchase the vehicle. I was met by a new s I saw a listing for a nissan rouge on car gurus for 20,400. The next day I went by the dealership to view/purchase the vehicle. I was met by a new salesman that was willing to help and we found the vehicle but the price went up to 21,700. I informed them of the lower price the day before. The sales manager said he would work the numbers while I test drove the vehicle. After the test drive, a different middle aged assistant sales manager came out with the price sheet that had the sale price at 23,500, a total of over 25,000 including taxes and ridiculously high fees! I explained to him the price was just 21,700 before the test drive and even cheaper the day before! At that point I told him I was done playing games and was leaving. He insisted multiple times that he would go rework the numbers but I walked out. A few days later I got a call from a customer service lady and told her about my experience. She apologized and said she would see what she could do. A day later Mike Green called and offered an apology and said he would get me the right price. I never heard from him again. I wouldn't recommend this nissan dealership for anything. More

They do not care about you - they only want your money. It's been about six months since I purchased my certified pre-owned vehicle from them. It was the worst customer service experience of my life and I'd It's been about six months since I purchased my certified pre-owned vehicle from them. It was the worst customer service experience of my life and I'd never purchase another vehicle from them again. They made a huge mistake in filing the paperwork and contracts (wrong VIN number) and while they claimed to have corrected it right away it cause serious problems for us with the DMV, license office, our insurance company, and our lender. Not only did they not give us any kind of heads up, when things started to go wrong they acted like it was our problem to deal with. If we hadn't been staying vigilantly on top of the problem, it would have negatively impacted our credit and caused potential legal problems. When I called to complain about first being put in the situation at all, then not being informed of the future problems and hassles that would be caused, neither the GM nor anyone else in management called me back. The sales guy who sold us the car did and he acted nice and apologetic but I think it was just an act because nothing ever was resolved. In fact, when I requested a manual for the vehicle I was dismissively told that is not provided with a used vehicle. As if I was some kind of idiot that was being unreasonable in expecting one. Funny thing is that with every other used car I've purchased in my life (4) a manual came with it. I've even asked other dealerships since and they all agree that it is standard practice to provide this with any car purchased from them. They had promised me reapeately they'd mail me one. Still don't have it and I expect I never will unless I purchase one myself. Bottom line? THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE as soon as you sign on the dotted line. Which was unnecessarily twice in my case. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT GETTING YOUR MONEY. More
