Pleasant Experience I initially contacted via their website and received a reply from Charlie. He assured me, based on the info I provided, that I could get the car I wan I initially contacted via their website and received a reply from Charlie. He assured me, based on the info I provided, that I could get the car I wanted within or close to my budget. My wife and I visited early on a Thursday morning prior to taking a trip to South Jersey. Spent the morning with Charlie getting things in order which was hassle free and relaxed. Chatted with him a bit about our young children, how we attended the same high school (some years apart...) and of course how the Sonata best fit our needs. Never pushy, informative and easy to deal with. Returned from South Jersey on Saturday afternoon and took delivery of our Sonata Sport. Finance with Erin was quick and painless, easy to understand. Charlie went over how to set up the Bluetooth system and basic functionality of the features of the car. It has plenty of room for our daughter's car seat, drives like a dream and is a very sharp looking car. We are glad that Franklin Sussex Hyundai was able to get us out of our negative equity situation and into a great car! More

Had many offers to purchase that car when I was shopping for a new one but gifted it to my nephew who is thrilled with it. I had dealt with other dealers during my driving years but once I dealt with Hyundai there was no question that this was where I would return when I was in the market for a new vehicle. The exact car I was looking happened to be in inventory, which was a plus. Dealing with Craig and Erin, both were professional, personable and knowledgable. I have dealt with the service department over the seven years since my first Hyundai purchase and they too are efficient and professional. Although I do not know the service techs personally, may car is always returned with an exact account of what was done and the service charge is very reasonable - plus it is always washed, which I do appreciate.
