Watch out!!! Turned in a leased vehicle into the dealership months ago. Received a violation from EZ-Pass which had the vehicle recently crossing the GBW into NYC. Front desk was incredibly inconvenienced when they had to actually find someone who would speak to me. Transferred me from one voicemail to another but never a live person. The manager on duty refused to take the call, left a message but no return call after days to rectify the situation. Ended up having to report the plates stolen. Very shady. Buyer beware. More

I have been trying to get in touch with the sales manager who "helped" me, and the dealership will literally not even allow me a conversation with her. Beware of working with Nina. I always wondered why FSA advertises so heavily, and it's clear to me that their goal is to churn and burn customers, rather than provide top notch service to retain them. More

Ryan Unick was a great salesperson Ryan was very friendly. He ask what I was looking for and they did not have the truck I was looking for. I told him about one online that I was lookin Ryan was very friendly. He ask what I was looking for and they did not have the truck I was looking for. I told him about one online that I was looking for. He looked it up and found it was at another dealer that they are partners with. Ryan got a similar truck so I could test drive it to make sure that it was what I wanted. He then said he would go get the one I was looking at and bring it there. So went and did some errands and came back in about hour and he had it there. I took it for a test drive and I loved it. Needless to say I am a happy owner. Ryan Unick went out of his way to make it easy for me. I would highly recommend him. More
