Buyer beware! Franklin ford may be a family business but it is not run like one. They institute high pressure sales tactics to close sales that are not in the customers favor. I went there recently to pur it is not run like one. They institute high pressure sales tactics to close sales that are not in the customers favor. I went there recently to purchase a vehicle, and I felt forced and pressured through the entire transaction. My experience was so unpleasant I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Their prices online are about $3500 less than their prices at the dealership. I would never do business with Franklin ford again. More
