HORRIBLE BUYING EXPERIENCES EVEN WITH A 700+ CREDIT SCORE. MY 23YR OLD WAS ABLE TO PURCHASE HER FIRST PRE-OWNED CAR WHICH WAS A 2011 INFINITI G25. SHE DROVE A 2003 G35 THROUGH HER COLLEGE YEARS. NOW SHE HAS MY 23YR OLD WAS ABLE TO PURCHASE HER FIRST PRE-OWNED CAR WHICH WAS A 2011 INFINITI G25. SHE DROVE A 2003 G35 THROUGH HER COLLEGE YEARS. NOW SHE HAS A JOB AND EXCELLENT CREDIT. THE TIME WAS FINALLY HERE. SHE FOUND A G25 CALLED AND SPOKE TO SALESPERSON NAMED JEREMY (WHO WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL). THE SALESPERSON WAS ADVISED NO LOAN WAS NEEDED SHE ALREADY HAD A APPROVED LOAN WITH HER CREDIT UNION. WE ADVISED NOT TO RUN HER CREDIT AGAIN AS SHE HAD A GREAT INTEREST RATE. THIS IS WHERE THE NIGHTMARE STARTED!!!!! PURCHASED CAR ON 4/13/2015 1. THEY RERAN HER CREDIT; ALTHOUGH SHE HAD A PRE-APPROVED LOAN (AFTER WE ASKED THEM NOT TO). WE FOUND OUT THEY GET PAID BY PROCESSING THE LOAN SO THE xxxx WITH WHAT WE ASKED AND WHAT WAS BEST FOR HER. 2. AS I EXPLAINED TO THE FINANCE GUY WHY I DIDN'T WANT HIM TO RUN HER CREDIT HE WAS A SMART ***, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND SAYS TO US "WHAT PART DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THAT WE WILL NOT RUN HER CREDIT". WHAT HAPPENED?.... THEY RAN HER CREDIT JUST TO MAKE ANOTHER DOLLAR. I WAS TOLD THEY GET BETWEEN $500-$1000 FROM THE FINANCE COMPANIES. 3. NOW WE ARE LESS THAN A WEEK AWAY FROM HER TAGS EXPIRING AND THEY ARE TELLING HER CHECK IS IN THE MAIL, BUT WILL NOT PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER.....I HAVE EMAILED RYAN WARREN SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE TODAY. 4. IF HER TAGS EXPIRE THE CREDIT UNION WILL FINE HER AS THE HOLD UP IS FRANK LETA. I CAN BEAT A LETA AND WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN....... I WAS LOOKING TO PURCHASE A BMW X6 AND THEY HAVE ONE, BUT I WILL TAKE MY CHANCES SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. More
