This is just about my review on sales rep Quiton I want to give Quinton a great recommendation. When I considered buying a vehicle he was there, even when I wanted to bring my husband and some other important people. He always had a great additude which a sales rep should have. I would highly recommend him to anyone! The only reason why I rated a 4/5 stars is because I was open with my situation why I needed a car and it took at least half an hour before I could even test drive a vehicle. I know it wasn't entirely his fault that's why I would still recommend him! More

We found our to Frank Leta Automotive and was promptly greeted by Mr. Quentin Williams. His professionalism and compassion upon introduction lead to much more than a sales pitch, his presentation was the beginning of a relationship in which he displayed the importance of us finding the right vehicle for us. Although, we did not purchase on the day that we met Mr. Williams, I now know that any purchase I make in the future will be through him. Thank you, Rennell J. Parker, Sr More
Bait and Switch Called to ask if the car is still available and ask for a confirmation of the price, and ask if we can test drive it. The seller told me that the car Called to ask if the car is still available and ask for a confirmation of the price, and ask if we can test drive it. The seller told me that the car is available for a test drive. I drove there and when we ask to see the car. The sale man told me, the car was sold 20 mins ago. They just wanted me to get into the lot. After telling me that the car was sold already. They tried to offer me a different car. DO NOT COME HERE. Worst car dealership ever! More

He said he would send me a video of the car and if I sent pictures of my trade, would give me an idea of the trade value. He never responded after 3 responses. I then chatted with another salesman after contacting them again, and he was rude, disrespectful, and flat out lied about the vehicle in question. I don't have a lot of experience buying cars, but everything about how they treated me and the situation was unprofessional, unhelpful, and bad. I highly recommend looking elsewhere More
False Statements in Ads Saw an ad on CL. Called and talked to the guy who posted the ad. Drove over an hour up there. No inspections provided, as stated in the ad. Drove the Saw an ad on CL. Called and talked to the guy who posted the ad. Drove over an hour up there. No inspections provided, as stated in the ad. Drove the car anyway, needed brakes real bad. The guy we dealt with, Kevin, had no clue how open the trunk. No key fob, just a key. They never even cleaned the trash out of it. Trunk was loaded down. Didn't make a deal and went to leave, noticed at the same time he took our offer to "boss" and we mentioned about the "mistake" in the ad, it was changed on CL. If it was there, they need to do it. The guy said they didn't want to put money into it. I said an inspection is $12. Small price for piece of mind. He said nothing. As we pulled out for test drive, I noticed their inspections are free. So where is the put out of money? But then again, I wouldn't trust a dealer who is too lazy to clean out a car before listing it for sale. Inspections would probably be faked. Kevin did not make us feel welcomed or valued as a potential customer. More

Even when our offer was comparative to KBB (The car was priced 3k over KBB.) They immediately rejected us and didn't even attempt to negotiate a reasonable deal. Then proceeded to take the keys. We were also willing to pay cash but their first impression is that we would finance who knows where they got that basis. They were rude. I called them back and talked to the owner. To explain what happened. Explained why we made the offer, (It was due to a ton of researched potential issues specifically to the car especially because it had over 200000 miles) and also explain that we just wanted to see if the car performed as you stated it did. I'm keen to the background to the type of car and wanted some assurance of the issues before we begin negotiating a reasonable deal. Don't purchase the car unless you do some research. They might take you for more than its worth. More
Customers treated with disrespect I had bought a car from this dealership in Sept. of last year. I had bought a used vehicle and was wooed by the overwhelming attention my husband and I had bought a car from this dealership in Sept. of last year. I had bought a used vehicle and was wooed by the overwhelming attention my husband and I were paid during the negotiations. I was so happy about the deal that I went back a few days later and brought donuts to the main office manager and employees. I was so happy with the salesman that I bought him and his wife a $50.00 gift card to Red Lobster. Today. I was told by their closer Bez (after the contracts were all signed) that if I needed service on my car to take it to a Chevrolet dealership instead of their mechanics. We bought the extra 100,000 miles or seven years warranty. Well for eight months it had run fine but I had the engine light come on so I took it to a Chevy dealership in St. Peters. I called to ask them if they could fax over a copy of my warranty and that is where the trouble began. Bez was no longer there and a new guy has taken over.well Ryan's office sent me what said 1 of 8 yet only every other one appeared. When I called again they apologized and then resent again with page 2 still missing. When I called for the 4th times I spoke to Ryan and he said I am watching her as she is faxing them. I expected just the one #2 sheet but when the service lady handed me a pile of sheets I started looking at them and found I had been sent not just one but over a dozen names, phone numbers, emails and addresses of men and women's buying information !!! I found this to be a large not small snafu and immediately called and this time asked for the person in charge of the dealership. I was told a Mr. Oliver was the man to speak with when I ask to transfer a voice came over the phone and I told him what I had in my hands. His replies shocked me! I was told that Ryan had already spoke to him about it and I was over reacting as it was just human error. I told him that I felt this information was private and should never had been sent to me. Mr. Oliver told me exact words "Ms I don't care what you think! I said this is horrible customers service and if I owned a old beater car I would never buy another car from their dealership. He said you know what? I think you need professional help. I said what are you saying? He replied I don't know what I am saying so....are we done here? I said yes Mr. Oliver we are done and he hung up on me. Would I ever buy from Frank Leta again? Never when the ego's are so high that a customer who bought from you is talked to so unprofessionally rude. If I could give lower than one star I would leave none! I will never step foot on any of the parking lots that say Leta on them.. More
