Mr Carlos Jenkins whom was alittle busy assisting other customers, but after 15 minutes of walking around the lot, he was able to take care of me. Bought a 2007 Ford Mustang that was listed as 9999 but was told by the salesman that he could sell it for 6999 and I had 3000 to put down on it but had to put an additional 250 down in the purchase price was told by the salesman that he could sell it for 6999 and I had 3000 to put down on it but had to put an additional 250 down in the purchase price on my loan paperwork is over $10,000 within two days of having the car if it started making noises in the rear and the transmission was cutting out. I made an appointment with the service department I was told when I took it in I didn’t have an appointment scheduled and was sent away I later found out the appointment was at the Bridgeton location but no steps were taken to verify at the time. I contacted the salesman and was told I could take my car anywhere to get it fixed I paid a $250 out of them for repairs covered under my extended warranty plus an additional 200+ for repairs the shopConsidered necessary for safety but weren’t covered under the warranty and took two weeks to repair less than a month after purchasing the car. At that time, the salesman contacted me because my bank was looking for the title which I did not receive until after my temporary tags in inspection had expired. I informed him at the time of the repairs and the list of additional repairs that needed to be done. I was told at the time she make an appointment for Bridgeton and he would take care of it I took my car in for service in January and was contacted the following day stating it was ready to pick up. I asked if everything was done and was told no repairs has been made due to the check engine light not being on to diagnose the problem and the salesman denying the service claim because I had originally taken it somewhere else for service, which is what he told me to do. In February I sent a letter regarding the poor service I received and didn’t get a response. I finally had another inspection done and went to get my car legal and was told by the DMV they weren’t able to register because my name was misspelled on the paperwork from the dealership. I was told to contact them and have it corrected, which I did. At that time I spoke to someone who was very responsive and helpful. I forwarded her a copy of the letter and documentation sent in February. She forwarded to John Henry, finance director who contacted me and encourage me to bring the car in and say that he would be the contact person. Coincidentally, my check engine light had came back on recently and should be able to diagnose the issues. I was optimistic that my situation was going to finally be rectified and I would have a vehicle that was safe. The day after I drop my car off, John contacted me to let me know they were contacting the warranty company to file another claim for the repairs. I asked why another claim has been filed, I explained my letter that I don’t feel I should be responsible for any additional repairs since they were needed when I purchased the car and it should’ve been covered under a 30 day purchase warranty. John for me that the salesman is no longer in management and he did not have the authority to make promises to me, I appreciate that but he did that should have Not been required if the vehicle was serviced and repaired appropriately prior to selling it. Despite having all documentation of all the text between Fredd Frank Letta outlet Manager and I of him promising me he would fix the car at no cost nothing got done instead they charge my warranty company and I paid $600 for them to change my spark plugs. Do not go here I have seen several other post just like mine go anywhere but here!!!!! I wish I could upload my documents to hear however it would not allow me to because this is only a small fraction of my experience with them. Very poor experience. I made an appointment with Eddie Gelencir to view a Silverado. No one was on the lot but the truck was unlocked so I was able to inspect the truck. A sign on the office door directed me across the lot to the Accura Showroom for assistance. I walked in. Made eye contact with everyone in there. And then stood there for nearly 20 minutes while no one even bothered to acknowledge I was there. I waited and waited. I made eye contact several times with a man in an office but he couldn't be bothered to even speak or ask why I was there. I had an appointment but ended up just walking out. I won't waste my time here again. There are way too many auto dealers who do provide customer service. I left Frank Leta and visited 3 more dealers that day and was immediately greeted by someone at each of those places. Frank Leta has no excuse for this. Hopefully, your experience will be positive. Saw an add for $500 down $250 a month payment. Not true at all. I was told I needed $2000 down to get a car I didn’t even want. The lady next to me, needed $4000.
