The ultimate trust - YOU'RE NOT ALONE with these guys. I started working with this dealership over the phone to purchase a Honda Crosstour since I live in New York. I relied on them to provide me the most accurate and detailed information about the car and it's condition. We hit some road bumps along the way in making this deal happen but boy did they step up and take care of me from beginning to end. I've purchased may cars over the years, but working with Travis Moss has been an amazing experience. When the car was delivers to me I notices some minor issues... I wasn't too happy of course and dreaded contact the dealership so they can address my concerns since they already got my cash... but boy was I wrong... They immediately jumped into action asked me to take the car to my local dealership to get looked at. They truly wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase and in dealing with them. They address and repaired my open issues, going above and beyond any of my expectations. If you want to be treated as family with respect and honesty, then this is the place you need to buy a car from. I wish they were local to me I would send all my friends and family there. Good honest guys! More

I got a call from Virgil a "product specialist" on Friday who left me a voicemail to call back since I was at work and also sent me an email with the specific listing of that vehicle with more information. I called the dealer Friday afternoon and talked with someone to set up and confirm the test drive for Saturday morning. I got 2 calls on Saturday morning to ask if I was coming in and one of them was from Virgil, the same rep that had contacted me on Friday. They confirmed that they would pull up the car and have the keys ready. When I got to the dealer, they say they had sold that vehicle last night after close of business but would be happy to show me other vehicles. When I talked with the manager, he had no explanation for why they still called me twice this morning and did not inform me that the car was sold even though they clearly knew it already sold. Dishonest practice to lure a customer in with a "deal" and then try to up-sell them on more expensive cars. Waste of my time, since I was looking for a specific vehicle. Even after leaving the dealer and driving home 30 minutes later, the vehicle was still listed on their website. Very dissatisfied with my experience. I will not do business with this dishonest dealer and will not recommend them to anyone. I reported them on BBB as well. I would give 0 stars if I could. More

Easiest Buying Experience Ever! I've purchased 5 vehicles from Frank Leta and found the staff to be top notch each time I purchased. Fantastic experience leasing a 2016 Acura TLX My husband and I leased a 2016 Acura TLX last weekend at Frank Leta Acura. This was a big deal, as I'd been driving my first and only car up to that p My husband and I leased a 2016 Acura TLX last weekend at Frank Leta Acura. This was a big deal, as I'd been driving my first and only car up to that point, a 2002 Acura RSX, which I absolutely loved. By far, the most impressive and enjoyable part of our leasing experience was the Frank Leta Acura staff members who assisted us with the purchase. Garrett Patton was our salesperson/product specialist. He was very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about Acuras. He was eager to share such knowledge with potential customers in way that conveyed sincerity and genuine excitement about the vehicles. While accompanying us on a test drive, he pointed out all of the vehicle's bells and whistles, regularly checked in regarding my driving experience, and took time to get to know me and my husband and figure out what was important to us in a vehicle. He was all around a pleasure to work with. Additionally, we primarily worked with Nick Dubrouillet, sales and leasing consultant, during lease negotiations. He was also wonderful. He spent hours with us discussing the differences between buying and leasing, answering our questions, and providing us with the information necessary to make our purchase. Throughout our time spent together, he was professional and personable, and conveyed information in an easily understandable manner. Once we decided to lease the TLX, he worked with us to get the monthly payment close to where it needed to be in order for us to consider moving forward with the lease. Finally, we also worked with Travis Morss, general sales manager, while negotiating the final lease terms. He was also great to work with, and clearly communicated that our loyalty to Acura was important to him. He made the final negotiations happen in manner that was professional, respectful, and appreciative of our business. Overall, this was an outstanding leasing experience made possible by fantastic Frank Leta Acura staff. Additionally, I have also worked with Heather Buttice on the service team for approximately the past year. She, by far, is the best service member I have ever worked with at an Acura dealership. She's friendly, charismatic, and knowledgeable- seemingly the perfect combination for a service team member. Not only has she always answered all of my questions and provided me with necessary information regarding what services my car needed, but she has also kept me updated via multiple phone calls whenever my car was being serviced. Recently, she stayed late and called me after hours to provide me with an update; just one example of her devotion to her customers. She is an all-around fantastic member of your team and I'm very thankful I've had the opportunity to work with her! More
