Very disappointed with my experience at Frank Leta Acura. I visited the dealership after being told they would beat or improve a competing offer I already had from another Acura dealership. Based on those representations, I spent time traveling to the dealership expecting a straightforward and transparent negotiation. Unfortunately, once I arrived, the pricing changed and additional costs were introduced that made the deal higher than what had been discussed beforehand. The experience felt misleading and very similar to a bait-and-switch sales tactic. What was most frustrating was the dealership management’s response afterward. Even after I provided documentation and proof of the prior communications, the dealership still refused to appropriately address the issue. I understand dealerships need to make profit, but customers also deserve transparency, consistency, and good-faith negotiations. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly encourage future buyers to get every pricing detail in writing before visiting the dealership and carefully review all numbers presented during negotiations. More

We bought our truck in October 2025 at FLA mainly due to the warranty they provided along with the “Leta for Life” guarantee. Evan was a great salesperson—responsive, honest, and professional. He answered all my questions by text before the test drive and sent photos and video of the vehicle. There was never any pressure, and he was upfront about the first car having been in a wreck. We ended up purchasing a brand-new RDX, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Even after the sale, Evan made sure we were taken care of when we decided not to keep the extended warranty. Highly recommend working with him. More

Following up on the review I posted last week. I did call Acura as requested in their response. I was transferred to the GM’s voicemail, where I left two messages 12/20 and 12/22. I also went in person 12/23 and still have not received any follow-up. It’s truly disappointing that no one has reached out to take accountability or even offer an apology. When I purchased my car, I believed I was also buying into strong customer service—but that has not been the case. I do want to acknowledge that Evan was once again very kind and professional when I visited in person. However, I was also told that the GM would be in 12/24 and despite being informed that he has been in multiple times since my initial voicemail, a week has passed with no response. That feels like more than enough time to follow up. Will I trust Acura again? Unfortunately, no. This experience has been extremely disappointing. More
