Just purchased a new 2025 MDX A-Spec from Frank Leta. This was our second new vehicle we have purchased from Frank Leta. Buy your Acura somewhere else. We have purchased 4 new vehicles from Frank Leta with our 4th and last purchase from Frank Leta in February. The most recent purchase and service was horrible. It started when Randy the finance manager tried to tell us that the Title Company they use would not process our title, registration and transfer because we paid cash for the vehicle. This was while I was on the phone with the Title Company and they were telling me that they never received the paperwork from Randy. Randy is a liar. Next we had a noise coming from the rear ac vent. Frank Leta ordered a new part. After waiting 6 weeks for the part we finally had an appointment today for the repair. My wife sat in the service waiting area for 3 hours with no updates. When she decided to ask what was taking so long they told her that they were swamped and it should be ready in about 20 minutes. 60 minutes later she was on her way home. 4 1/2 hours to replace the rear ac vent with a scheduled appointment . Seriously buy your Acura from a different dealer. More

My husband and I bought an MDX late last week and couldn’t be happier ! It’s brand new and quite a car. We had sold our truck the week before and our other car was hit in the rear and totaled.
