Evan was a great salesperson—responsive, honest, and professional. He answered all my questions by text before the test drive and sent photos and video of the vehicle. There was never any pressure, and he was upfront about the first car having been in a wreck. We ended up purchasing a brand-new RDX, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Following up on the review I posted last week. I did call Acura as requested in their response. I was transferred to the GM’s voicemail, where I left two messages 12/20 and 12/22. I also went in person 12/23 and still have not received any follow-up. It’s truly disappointing that no one has reached out to take accountability or even offer an apology. When I purchased my car, I believed I was also buying into strong customer service—but that has not been the case. I do want to acknowledge that Evan was once again very kind and professional when I visited in person. However, I was also told that the GM would be in 12/24 and despite being informed that he has been in multiple times since my initial voicemail, a week has passed with no response. That feels like more than enough time to follow up. Will I trust Acura again? Unfortunately, no. This experience has been extremely disappointing. More

I am a first-time buyer and the dealership did not disclose that Missouri sales tax was not included in the loan. I told the finance representative I did not understand the process, but the contract w disclose that Missouri sales tax was not included in the loan.
