Turns out that Mr. Clark was coming to Austin and drove my new car down. After a horrendous 13-hour drive from Joplin to Austin (regularly less than 9 hours) due to bad weather and traffic, Mr. Clark took my car through a car wash, at night, and put a beautiful red bow on it before he delivered it to me. Now that goes way beyond quality service. That's excellence and pride in his work! Mr. Clark represented himself and Fletcher Toyota with the utmost level of professionalism and care for customer satisfaction. He is an asset to Fletcher Toyota. I LOVE my Corolla. It is everything and more of what I wanted in a car. Took Camry in for factory defect ac hose was not drained outside car. Got car back floors still wet n moldy. Maybe fixed problem but car now sucks. We just bought a car from Frank Fletcher Toyota. It was totally a pleasant experience that worth to share. The staffs we met were nice, especially our salesperson, Dan Clark, was very professional, helpful totally a pleasant experience that worth to share. We got the price and the car we like and it was easy and smooth to complete all the process. It is lucky to shopping with Dan and Fletcher. Although we drove about 1 hour from Springfield to Joplin, it definitely worth the drive and we are happy that we have made the right decision to get a car from them. If you live in Springfield, please don't even try to work with Reliable Toyota. It is a waste of time. We greatly recommend buying a car from Dan at Frank Fletcher dealer, Joplin. More

I love Fletcher Automotive. I just bought a used 2012 Kia Soul from Fletcher Toyota in Joplin. After a month of extensive research, I decided on a Kia Soul. I called Fletcher and relayed the amount I wanted Soul from Fletcher Toyota in Joplin. After a month of extensive research, I decided on a Kia Soul. I called Fletcher and relayed the amount I wanted for my trade-in, asked for the best price on their used Kia and mentioned the finance terms range I wanted. They were wonderful. Matt Maxwell, the General Sales Manager quoted an excellent price right off the bat. I know because I checked a 500 mile radius. They then gave the best rate for my trade in (again I checked a 500 mile radius). The interest rate financed was fantastic. Matt relayed me to his sales person Dan Clark, who I would gladly buy another car from. I kept waiting for the sales pitch and pressure and it never came! He was great! So easy to work with. Bottom line is that I drove away in my new used car and they did everything I asked and more!! The scratch off game is fun too. Bill Herrin, General Sales Manager also helped make my experience wonderful and I enjoyed meeting the GM Jim Adams. The car I had traded in was bought in 2010 from Fletcher Hyundai in Joplin, and they too were great to deal with back in 2010. Mike McCann in Bentonville Fletcher Kia in Arkansas had quoted a very competitive price to me on a new Soul, but I decided to save a little money and go used. I sound like a commercial for Fletcher, but I have been treated so well by their Auto Group, and have had such distateful experiences with some (not all) of the other dealerships in the 4 state area, that I decided that this dealership deserves praise.
