Frank Fletcher Toyota

This was my 2nd vehicle purchase from Fletcher Toyota, but this is my First - New car purchase from them. The experience was nearly perfect this time around (only thing that would have improved it woul but this is my First - New car purchase from them. LOL) I'm so glad that I acquired Roger Nichols as my salesman this time around. I also appreciated the man who did the final paperwork (I believe his name was Jason). The above two men as well as Ryan in the Service Dept. are a great asset to Fletcher Toyota. Due to the great service provided by the above mentioned men in regards to purchasing a new Toyota Corolla, as well as the Service Dept., I will continue to be a repeat customer at Fletcher Toyota. Note: In the past I was only happy with the Service dept at Fletcher Toyota and that's the reason I chose to come back to purchase my 2nd vehicle! It is important to mention that it is due to working with Ryan in the service Dept (who is tops in customer service in that dept.) in 2011 and the quality work done on my Tundra that caused me to choose to have my vehicle serviced at Fletcher Toyota in the future. Due to my good experience with the Service Dept, I decided to give Fletcher Toyota a second chance and purchase another vehicle from a different salesman and that made all the difference in the world. I have been a Toyota owner since 1984 and am brand loyal due to the quality of Toyota! More

I live in Kansas City and decided to purchase my car in my hometown of Joplin. I wanted to put my money into the Joplin economy to help it recovery from the tornado. I learned that Fletcher Toyota had been hit by the tornado. Additionally, our salesman's apartment had been destroyed by the tornado. The tornado destroyed by brother's home and severely damaged my parents. Our salesman, Roger Nichols, was very helpful and informative. I wanted the beautiful color of Blizzard Pearl for my Highlander. He went out of his way to help me find this color. He showed me the features of the car before I drove it out of the store. I think he was almost as happy as I when I took possession of the car. Great job Roger!!! More
