Great experience all througout! The salesman David was so very nice to me and explained everything in detail. He was very friendly and even took the time to keep my daughter entertained while I was signing the paper work! I saw a vehicle I was interested in on craigslist (Mazda Protege) and really only wanted to test drive the vehicle to see what they were like. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Tim Joost. I was unsure of the vehicle and Tim suggested another vehicle (Hyundai Elantra) which was actually the vehicle on the top of my list but I didn't realize there was one on the lot. It was out of my price range (the Mazda was not). I decided I was going to trade in my old car and drove home to get it. When I came back Tim had two proposals for me. Long story short the Elantra was offered to me at the same price as the Mazda which fit into my budget. I ended up buying the Elantra. Never was I pressured to buy nor did it feel like the typical stereotype that many people think of when going to a dealership. Tim answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer he quickly found out. I felt comfortable around him and he was great to work with. If I was looking to buy new I have no doubt that he would have sold me the best car on the lot that worked with my budget. More
Customer service at this dealership is priority number 1, from the GM down to the Finance Manager to the Sales person and service technicians. We purchased our first vehicle from this dealer 18 months ago and did not hesitate to return for a second vehicle this past weekend. Exceptional experience. Pricing was great, the entire process from negotiating the final price to signing the paperwork and delivering the vehicle went very smoothly.
